Certification on the Site

It states to upload 2 photos, 1 clothed and 1 nude. For the nude photo, does it have to show genitalia or is a shirtless picture of a man sufficient?

The site provides an example, just follow the same.

It must have worked as you are now certified.

I have tried several times to upload photos for certification, but I keep getting a message IMAGE NOT FOUND after it uploads. I submitted anyway, hoping it was just a glitch, but my certification was denied.

I uploaded the same two images to my media without issue, so I know its not my phone/browser. How can I get certified??

Hi Will!

I had the same thing happen! Would love to know we work around that.

Warmest Wishes,

Sometimes you have to re - size the photo submitted smaller . From 80 -90 % to 65 -70 % . Good luck . Steve

The same thing happened to me, even uploading to the site went ok, but IMAGE NOT FOUND when trying to certify. I eventually just used the camera option and took the clothed and j=nude picture and they worked just fine. Doing it myself, it was hard to get the sign, the face and the genitals all in the picture at once, so I left out the genitals..... Still worked.

Resizing did not work either. I had to use the camera option.

Use the camera option instead of uploading a photo. That worked for me.
