RE:ED discussion

Nudistpig, that is a great response. It wasn't my question, but thank you.

A few things, beginning with the above quote. I'll take this opportunity to state that after reading his posts and comments on all sorts of subjects, I've come to the opinion that nudistpig is a reliably sound voice to listen to about pretty much anything. You may not always agree with what he says, but can be assured he won't waste your time in reading. He's one of a handful here whose comments I never scroll past.

I'll be brief with the other things. One is that I've tried them all with success, but I have to say my results with Cialis were next level. You could have cut diamonds with my dick. You might wish to consider something herbal like Yohimbine. It's legit. It was prescribed under the name Aphrodine in the pre-Viagra days. Most importantly, I would stress that you go see a doctor because boner problems can be more than a hassle. They can be harbingers of all sorts of serious health issues. It's tempting to just take a pill, but I'd urge you not to settle with just doing that. Finally, remember you are far from alone in this. I'll bet lots of guys are having issues right now in this pandemic time (weight gain, loss of socialization, etc). Oh...and "strictly about nudism" or not, this is the Men's Forum and the "sex and sexuality" section of that. You should feel confident that you can talk openly about most anything. Far as I'm concerned, we're nudists and nudists are human, so anything in the human experience should qualify without fear of reproach.

RE:ED discussion

Hi there, thanks for sharing this.
I am 64, and have had ED and prostate problems for the last 20 years. I take daily Cialis, which helps both conditions, so I can get and sustain an erection (but often experience retrograde ejaculation) . But, as other people have said, see a urologist! Mine is brilliant - my wife and I saw him together and he was so helpful. Good luck!

RE:ED discussion

I realize this isn't, directly, about nudism, however, feel like there is a sane, reasonable group of people on TN who's opinions/experiences and thoughts I'd be curious to hear. I've started a new relationship with a woman, whom I've been seeing about a month. Everything is great, in all ways, but I've recently been having some intermittent ED problems. Specifically with being able to remain erect. I believe part of the problem is my, sometimes, over-reliance on porn when masturbating. It has created a dependence. I also feel like it is partly due to my being out of shape. I would consider myself 'soft' with a dad-bod; not severely overweight but BMI obese and out of 'cardio' shape. So, I've started reading up on ED meds. Viagra/Cialis and the generics - Roman, Blue Chew, etc. I hoping some of you can share any experiences, good or bad, or perhaps you've found alternative therapies, remedies and the like.I appreciate any candid, constructive comments. Thanks guys!~ Lerxst

Hello gents,

I have been suffering from ED for at least a year now, maybe a little longer ! I take Viagra when I need to and it helps, as long as the timing is right (40 mins to an hour for it to kick in), like some of the guys have said on here, I am overweight and was told by a Doctor that I might have cholesterol deposits in the veins going into my penis. I will add that I am 56 now.

Having read the posts in this thread, I, like a fair few guys watch porn to help me get off, but I don't watch it all the time, just when I am in the mood for it, my mind on the other hand is raring to go when I see someone that I like the look of, and I can be as horny as hell, but don't always get erect.

When I do watch porn, or read a porno story, I can get as hard as hell and it lasts for ages, I know porn is nothing like real life, so just take what I see for the sake of jerking off, but, as other guys have mentioned, I have had retrograde ejaculations or it just dribbles out.

Obviously being overweight it not helping and I need to do something to sort that out, I do also suffer with mild sleep aponea, but, it never actually wakes me up once I am asleep, so I don't really know it's affecting me, except when I wake up, I still feel tired as hell. One other thing I have noticed as ell is that when masturbating, my frenulum becomes really sensitive and can make me cum in about 3 minutes, which really does piss me off, as I used to enjoy hour long jerk sessions.

I don't know how many of the guys in this thread are America or circumcised ? I am uncut and British, I really don't understand why my frenulum has suddenly become way to sensitive. Because of Covid, nothing is being done about my getting help from a health professional (Urologist etc). I so want to enjoy my ejaculations again and not feel that it wasn't worth it.

Have any of you guys also felt or feel that lack of sensual touch from another person is also not helping the situation, as in lack of intimacy etc ?

Hope to hear from you guys when you have a moment to reply.

Cheers

Brett

RE:ED discussion

I know Im late to the party, but thought Id give my tuppence worth:

1) was your last relationship troubled in any way? Could it have effected your confidence or self esteem? That can often cause issues.

2) Do you think you may be overthinking things? Catastrophising things. That completely takes you out of the mood you want to have, so that has an effect too

RE:ED discussion

I just heard on the news that COVID-19 can also cause erectile dysfunction. It can occur long after the other symptoms disappear. The cause is damage to the blood vessels and nerves that are involved in the erection process. Another reason to get vaccinated and keep your mask handy.
