Need for change by many is really really needed

No one now wants to give up what they have now for anything. They will hold on to the modern conveniences and the way they eat, and for many the preference for clothes they have, all of which involves so much exploitation, of people, of animals, and of all the world, which can't just go on. We are seeing effects now with what is going wrong, that just gets stronger and still will. Those in charge remained deliberately dismissive and acting as if in ignorance of the critical impact on Earth's environments that they and those they worked with contributed to without limit in accommodating the profit goals of big businesses to maximize their exploitation. Contribution to the destructiveness should not continue, we need extreme changes for it to not worsen seriously. The way that is right for us would not use up animals so that there is a mass extinction of species, such as there is that is actually happening.
