Probably do not.Do you think restaurants, movie theaters, shops, etc. in Oregon allow nude patrons.I would be surprised if they do.After all, in most of the US, there is no law against men being shirtless, but very few businesses allow them.But at least it's a possibility.Can't fill your gas tank in the nude in Oregon because it's illegal to fill your own gas tank in Oregon -- nothing to do with nudity.

It is illegal to fill your own gas tank in NJ also, but people sometimes do if an attendant is not readily available.

The laws in both NJ and OR were passed so gas stations would not go self serve. Was to prevent loss of jobs law.

True, but in NJ it was also to protect the small independent stastions and at least claimed to be safer.
