Gay nudist in search of room/house share in/near Palm Springs, CA

Hi all: Looking to move out of San Francisco and into the desert. Ultimate goal is buy a home of my own, but want to downsize, save some cash, and experience desert living before committing.
I am a WFH professional, single, 56, and I own a 4 year old cat.
Ideally an-law or a casita would be great, but will consider a room in a shared home as well.
