Naturism and Stress Management

There are several aspects to naturism that could positively affect conscious and unconscious ways of coping with some of life's challenges. Just being outdoors and enjoying life without clothes, whether solo or socializing with other like-minded people, can potentially contribute to or facilitate stress reduction. I personally am able to calm my thoughts and relax the tension in my body when I am naked outdoors and feel the warmth of the sun or a warm breeze envelope my entire body.
