Looking for Male Roommate to move in. (San Diego)

Im 31 and looking for another like minded male around my age. I work a lot but Im really neat and like things to stay tidy. I would appreciate the same too. Single rooms in a 2bed and 2 bath apartment. Around $1,400 each/ month.
