Perhaps unintentionally confirming the fact that a second look is what all the bejewelled cocker is asking for. Someone, anyone to just have a look and notice they still have a penis.
I know this thread has been going a while, and there are some very interesting (and in some cases, opinionated) comments. I once had a Prince Albert piercing, and my reasoning was purely because I enjoyed the sensation and the thought of it. I never once considered it a way of attracting attention to my penis. My partner hated it, so I removed it to save my sex life!
I do own a heavy steel penis and scrotum ring. Again, I love how it feels, heavy, and aware of 'down there', but again, it's never once crossed my mind that people might think I'm seeking to draw attention to it. x
