To say that cwfrjd56 spends a lot of time at the gym is an understatement. He is an excellent personal trainer who practices what he preaches. His body is amazing and he was very generous with his knowledge to me when I was visiting on my way through Oklahoma. Wasn't able to stay overnight, but we enjoyed a naked lunch and good conversation about lifting and nudism. I highly recommend making plans to be inspired in person by his muscular and vascular body.

Next time Im in OKC visiting my kids Ill try and remember to take you up on this offer. I get down there in the summer.
