Waterpark

Has anyone worn a thong at a water park?
I have not, but have worn a speedo solar.

The idea of a thong is not appealing to me. They call it "butt floss" for a reason. When I swim nowadays, if I have to wear anything, I wear a tight, spandex-like suit that looks like boxer briefs; often I will forego swimming if I need to wear something, it's that uncomfortable.

Have you tried tan through swimsuits? They are much lighter and less confining.

No, I have not. Is there a brand and style you recommend?

I prefer Cooltan. Style depends on how daring you are. I have one near each end of the spectrum, 2" side seam swim brief and 4" inseam trunks.

I tried Kiniki but like the fabric and style of Cooltan better.

Each to their own, come down to personal taste in the end

Skinzwear also do tan-through and mesh fabrics in a range of styles including trunks with no front seam. I like that the fabric photo has a card with their logo underneath to help gauge the transparency of the fabric, and they discount discontinued items fairly regularly.
