Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join us as a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist. No prior experience, degree, or license is required - just a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in real estate investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential investment opportunities in target markets.
Assist in evaluating properties for acquisition, considering factors such as location, market trends, and financial potential.
Support the negotiation process with property owners, agents, and brokers.
Collaborate with the team to coordinate due diligence processes, including property inspections and financial analysis.
Maintain accurate records of property information and transaction details.
Stay informed about local market conditions and emerging trends in the real estate industry.
Qualifications:

No prior experience, degree, or license required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Passion for real estate investment and willingness to learn.
