Hi circumcised as a baby so had no choice. I believe it was to enable me to keep it clean at least thst was what mother said when asked. I had seen other kids cocks which errr different. It seems to be more common in the US than uk. Spoke to one guy in the US who had had success in stretching his foreskin.
