FIX IT!

PLEASE fix the Chat sign-on "SERVER DISCONNECTED" problem! My wife and I have been certified, lifetime members of TN for many years and have many many good interesting people on Chat. HOWEVER we have been unable to sign on normally to the Chat Room for several months. We go through the sign on to TN process, and even prove that we are human. Then, once we're on, we click on CHAT and get a screen that says "Server Disconnected" followed by "Whoops" and something about "Try Again" which does nothing! I have posted this problem here several times, and all I get are other "members" who are having the same problem. Instead of worrying about Mods and Bots and whatever, can the owners of the site PLEASE GET THE PROBLEM FIXED . . . or in the alternative, please tell us what's going on? Thank you.
