Ohio tigers?

I don't know, but it's fair to assume that that he was a crackpot.He had legal problems for a while, and probably financial & other personal ones as well.I haven't seen where anyone was hurt, thank God. And it is a terrible shame to see such wonderful creatures destroyed unnecessarily. But it seems to me that the cops did the right thing in quickly regaining control of public safety. I heard most animals were buried where they fell due to disease in some of them.

Yes very sad and as you say no choice, my sister often travels to India where there are some magnificent tiger parks.
