How do I create my own "Introductory" video? I see we can upload videos?

Hello everyone! :)
Just a quick question:
How do we upload videos? I see the feature on my profile but I don't understand how to properly upload a video. Can I just plug in my webcam and have the site itself open a special "record" window that we use to make a video? It would help all of us to get to hear, see, and watch a living human being. Versus a silent photo. Thank you for the help !

Just want to say thank you to all of the wonderful people here at True Nudists. I can't watch to see what True Nudists looks like again in another year and even another year.
