There are nudist parks and nonlanded clubs in upstate NY: Empire Haven in Moravia, Full Tan in Warnersville, Juniper Woods in Catskil are nudist parks.
Nonlanded clubs in the NY upstate are Northern Exposure in Clifton Park & Naturist Rochester in Penfield/Rochester area - events all year long.
There are no true resorts there.

May go there in the springThe closest to you would be Empire Haven near Cortland. It's about 10 miles from the Homer/Cortland exit on I-81 just off State Route 90 in the town of Summit Hill.
There is also a nude beach at Southwick State Park on Lake Ontario. Walk south (going left if you face the lake), you will come across the clothing optional beach after a while.
