Well, it's a long way from Perth, but there is a legal nude beach in the Royal National Park, called Werrong Beach.
You approach it from the southern end at the Otford Lookout. It is a 1.6 km hike from there to the beach...Well defined track...all downhill getting there...and a challenging uphill trek coming out.
But a lovely beach
