Sleeping and Working out Naked

I "discovered" sleeping naked by accident when I was about 15 or so. My sister and I were latchkey kids and both parents worked...and as it happened some laundry did not get done and I had no clean "jammies" to wear and so I slept naked and it was a revelation and have slept au naturel ever since. It occurred to me that one could do all sorts of things au naturel and if I don't have to put on clothes I much prefer working out naked, or working in the garden naked, washing my car, et cetera- Peace out- Jessenakedman
