Tips for hiking naked (oregon)

Forgive me if this has been covered before.
Girlfriend and I plan on taking several naked day hikes this summer. Nothing long enough to take more than a small backpack for. I have yet to find a site that has a strong recommendation on things to bring for the hike... Do you bring anything to cover up in the event you run into others or no?
Also, we are located in Oregon. Any suggestions/recommendations on hikes in our neck of the woods would be much appreciated! This is of course outside of the Sauvie Island, Rooster Rock, and hot spring recommendations.
