RE: show me state

Although very general and bound to interpertation the
statutes mainly deal with sexuality. The entire with one exception in Chapter
599.093 is directly related to sexuality and its relation to being in public. The
exception is (1) which an obvious loophole can be exploited, the exposer has to
have the knowledge that it would likely cause affront or alarm. This would be
the prosecutors responsibility to proove intent and what the exposer knew and
did know about the viewer. This usually comes down to he/she said he/she said
scenerio. In most states this would be referred to as indecent exposure but in
the same write who is to say it was indecent if the exposer was not performing
any sexual activity and had no intent to affront, cause alarm or incite.
With regards to Chapter 589, this directly and soley relates
to those previously convicted of a sexual offense. In many factions of the law
establishing previous crimes of similar pattern facilitates through the higher
percentage possibility of the same criminal action being repeated. In any case
it only relates to sexuality not nudism.
Therefore in the state of MO it really is not illegal to be
nude but it is illegal to be nude and crude at the same time. I am not a lawyer
but have spoken to many officials on the subject.
