Cleveland, Ohio
This is not an actual place (yet), but I think it is interesting - on IndieGoGo my friend has a project to get a nude beach in Cleveland, Ohio. Go to the site and search for it. It has this title: "ballot-measure-for-nude-beach-in-cleveland-ohio".
Crowdfunding could be an interesting tool for doing projects like this.

I received a pic from a friend showing nudists at a beach on Ohio. It had been forwarded several times so I don't know the original source but the caption said that it was taken at Lake Milton near Youngstown OH. I tried searching locations here at TN but there was nothing there. Maybe you do have a nudist beach that is not too far from Cleveland. Maybe the locals could check it out and post the results.
There is a nudist resort just south of Cleveland that is very nice. Green Valley is the name of it. We just moved to Arizona from central Ohio and have visited there many times. Great place with super nice people and reasonable rates. We suggest getting a cabin and spending the weekend.
