Can't get in chatroom

Can anybody help with this problem? When I try to enter the chatroom I get this message: There was an issue with your token. Please reload the chat room. Never experienced that before. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply amberbunny. I tried what you suggested, but unfortunately it didn't help. I still get the same message. It has been going on for 4 days now.

have had the same problem (what is "my token"?What are they talking about ??)for one week now !!
