There is a monthly nude gym night in the winter time hosted by a non-landed group on Long Island, New York, USA:

It is at a Golds Gym, which has weights, sauna, steam room, pool, whirl pool and courts. Sometimes they also have naked yoga. Then there's food and drink.
There's also a burgeoning market for naked yoga. But I'll warn you, if you google on it, you'll find all kinds of demented representations of naked yoga which are not truly yoga.
