Nude Yoga Atlanta
I've been going to a nude yoga class almost every Sunday afternoon for the last three years. I love the stretch and the camaraderie. It's men only and mostly around the same age - 40s and 50s. I'm guessing that's because most of us older guys are more comfortable in our own skin or we were brought up in an atmosphere where we were naked with other guys and not made to feel ashamed. Either way, I thoroughly my yoga time. It's so refreshing to work out naked.
