RE: FebI would go as far south as you could. It does get cold in northern and central florida in February. I'd pick Haulover in Miami. Always warm there. Haven't been there yet but want to.

RE: FebPlayalinda Beach in the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. Admission is $5. Nudity is allowed. Yes, it can be a bit cold in February but there are sunny warm days too. It really depends on the wind as that is what really chills you.
