Tightly circumcised here so mine always looks the same in that respect. I vary from 1.5-2.5 inches soft usually, up to 3 after a warm shower but shrinks back once I get out!

I feel your pain. Have the same problem.I too used to have a very tight foreskin. So tight it often made sex painful. So in my mid-twenties I went ahead with a circumcision. Whilst extremely embarrassing to have it at that age it was the best thing I ever did.
