I have always considered the balls an attractive part of the man's body and a symbol of masculinity. Commando was common in my neighborhood growing up so we would often see each others balls hanging out of our shorts. It was a normal thing and even today I am often not aware if my balls are hanging out. Shorter shorts are coming back into style so perhaps there maybe more balls sightings this summer. I always notice when balls are hanging out on others, brings back memories of my home neighborhood and a simpler time.
