Naked yoga and pilates
Return to DiscussionsGreat question. When I do yoga at home, I always do it naked. I have a private area on my patio that I can even do it outdoors in summer. It's very comfortable. I have to rearrange my dangly parts for certain poses. I also go to nude yoga classes occasionally when I'm traveling in big cities that offer them. All the naked yoga classes that I've attended are men's classes, but there are a few coed classes around, just not where I've traveled. Guys get all nervous about naked yoga; believe me, it's wonderful yoga but it is definitely not a voyeuristic activity. When you are attending to your practice, you're not paying attention to what anybody else is doing. Only once did I notice a guy who got an erection; I was amazed given the strenousness of the class. But there you go, it was just a body reaction, he wasn't turned on.
