My spouse also takes it but at a substantially lower dosage and my spouse has had even better results. But heres the catch. Biotin does not work for everyone and there is an odd side affect some have. If your dose is high for your body some people develop a cystic type pimple on the jaw. It just means lower the dose till thats not an issue.
