First trip to Avalon
Return to DiscussionsI went to Avalon for the first time this past week and it will not be my last. It is a very friendly and relaxing environment and I had a great time. If you are planning your first trip there, use a gps. The roads are a bit twisty and treacherous in places and Avalon is in the middle of nowhere. Once you arrive you will be surrounded by their West Virginia friendliness. I am looking forward to my next trip.
I assume you called ahead to register and do the background check; then schedule your arrival time? Like most places you can't just show up at the gate - except when they have a large weekend event like nude 5k run. Most places don't allow visitors on weekdays. Only Saturday with appointment.
I called the Avalon number the day before my visit. The phone message said to just show up so I did. The receptionist took care of the necessary checks on the day of my visit. Couldn't have been any easier. Just to be safe, call ahead in case the check-in procedures have changed.

Absolute complete opposite of the experience a buddy and I
have had there....
First time we were greeted by a friendly and courteous man then registered by a similar lady.
The following visits we were greeted in the office by our first names. The clientele was friendly and helpful towards us. Many good conversations there.
Avalon ranks high on the nudist places I recommend and enjoy.

I am Certain, these Practical Protections in Spain [ https://naturismo.org/docs/legal_fen_english.pdf ] , as in all UK & AMERICAN Nations under the Magna Carta, are the same Core Constitutional Principles which effectively deter US Courts & DAs from enforcing ANY frivolous inhumane & thus impotent anti-Nudism / anti-Naturism codes statues laws current creating a lot of baseless & inane anxiety & fear among Myopic English Speaking IF NOT Literate *Sheep* in the USA.
