Freedom for tits I say, not just because I absolutely love Naked bouncing breasts, but the same as I believe that women can wear thongs and G-Strings in public so why shouldn't men. I do all the time. Men can go topless so why not women? If more ladies did go topless it would become more commonplace and normal.
Freedom for breasts in the city? Is that what you meant by public? If yes, then here is my answer:
I think it's easy for a man to talk about this here. I can understand if women, even nudist women, don't practice it. In my opinion it's more like exhibitionism. I would also be afraid of being misunderstood as a woman.
Just let the women discuss it themselves. I think that would be much better.
However, I find it a bit strange for the USA to play such a pioneering role there. I probably misunderstood it.
