I recommend you skip Kings Spa and go to Chicago Sweat Lodge instead for a more genuine sweat and better vibe. King Spa has required nudity but is policed like a middle school cafeteria whereas it's optional at the Sweatlodge.

I recommend you skip Kings Spa and go to Chicago Sweat Lodge instead for a more genuine sweat and better vibe. Nudity is optional at Chicago Sweatlodge and most are men are wrapped in a sheet. King Spa has required nudity in the wet men's area but seating has been removed and it's policed like a middle school cafeteria. The outfits you have to wear in the shared area aren't very comfortable and overall the facility is not very relaxing.
