Hello everyone, I have started a new naked yoga group here in the chicago area. You can find it athttps://www.meetup.com/Windy-City-Naked-Yoga/
Currently we have a weekly class for men, and starting in April we will have a weekly coed class. Check it out.

OK, so avid nudists here, but having trouble wrapping our heads around the idea of Yoga. We like the concept, the the whole idea of "channeling energy" is where you lose us. Any advice?

I participated in this workshop on a recent business trip to Chicago. No clothes to get in the way. It's a great yoga workout, and is well worth doing. aerodiz1 is a fine coach and teacher.

I am in this naked yoga group and love it, the yoga is strength training and fitness, more so its relaxing, detoxing stress as well as making new friends. Try it out you will enjoy it!
