Nude workout or yoga?
Return to DiscussionsI just refer to nude yoga as yoga especially when there's not anyone else around to notice, complain or care. Putting the GYM back into gymnasium workouts is just doing it old school and more logical no better way to monitor muscle flex and development.

I'm too far to share a class with Op, but I do get to Chicago and can attest that they are fine yoga classes. Refer to the recent post on "true nakedness" to get a sense of the yoga experience being the most important thing, with nude being part of a path, not the primary focus.
