grew up cut around uncut
Return to DiscussionsI was born and lived in the UK all my life, I was cut when I was 4 but didn't really understand what had happened and the difference between cut and uncut until my teens.
At school we had to strip naked to change for swimming and I would get remarks form the other boys that my willy looked weird - they were all uncut
I didn't see a foreskin till I was about 12 or 13 when I went to secondary school and post gym showers were mandatory. My close friends and family were all cut, so it seemed like the norm to me. Age 16 onwards when I played lots of sports I noticed in the showers that most people were not circumcised.
It's never bothered me, never felt out of place or ashamed, never had anyone tease me for being "different".
My dad is also circumcised (and into naturism) so seeing another bare bellend never seemed unusual as a kid.
I also realised that some other naturists still had a foreskin and others didn't so I got to understand such differences and was comfortable with it (at school, communal showers etc).
I think that naturism makes people more understanding about their own body, aware that there are differences in size, weight etc but we are all united by enjoying time in the buff.
I was cut when I was 4 and never saw any cut penises until my early teens. My Dad and Uncle were both uncut. About 6 or 7 we used to have to strip naked when changing for swimming and the other boys would say my willy looked weird. I don't think they understood about cut cocks then and I didn't either, I just knew I was different down there.
I did feel uncomfortable about it for a long time, I think I was the only cut boy in my year and both schools.
Sure would of been nice to have some other cut boys around.
I'm fine with being cut now and like being in a minority group in the UK, I wish I had felt like that when I was younger.
