We've used Hello Fresh for over six months now, and love it. We get all the fixin's for two meals every week. It's averages out to $30 per meal for the two of us. As the title says, all the ingredients are fresh and the different recipes have all been very tasty. You can tailor the meals to your particular likes or dietary needs, and you can pick the number of meals you get on a weekly or monthly basis. We just like to get surprised by what they send every week.

Wondered do you have the use it right away or can you refrigerate and for how long?

No you don't have to use it right away, and you can refrigerate the ingredients, but I wouldn't go beyond 8 or 9 days depending on which meal it is.

I have tried nearly all the food box subscriptions. Each one has its pros and cons. Usually the cons is the price for me. I settled on HelloFresh. It was middle of the road on price and the food was fresh and the portion size was good. Over time the price finally increased to where I shopped around again and found EveryPlate. The price was almost half that of HelloFresh, but the portion sizes were slightly reduced. After about 2 years with EveryPlate, I canceled because the recipes were getting boring and kept repeating. Now I have a huge collection of recipes from both HelloFresh and EveryPlate if I want to emulate the boxes on my own. I can buy the ingredients myself for half the cost of the box.
