Return to DiscussionsI have all my usual places, like Valley View and hiking near my home, but one thing I would like to give a go sometime depending on the season, is Great Sand Dunes. If I could get down there outside of the main tourist season, and into some of the back areas, spending some naked time wandering around the dunes would be great. An unexpected outing for visitors.
Last time I was at the dunes it was late September ( admittedly a number of years ago) and it was very uncrowded. No problem finding sufficient solitude for a naked hike.. Aspens throughout the valley were at their peak. Made for a most beautiful experience. Seems like it would be a great place to showcase what Colorado has to offer.
