computer prolbems any help?
Return to Discussionsi have a prolbem, need some help. i have a dell inspiron 1200, can't connect to the internet wirlessly or with an eithernet cable, i saved the new drivers to a thumb drive and plugged it in but it doesn't reconize that the thumb drive is there, any advice would help alot.

i reformatted the hard drive and now i'm trying to install new drivers but get 2 error messages, one is that the windows installer service could not be accesed. and two install sheild engine(iKernel.exe) could not be launched. rpc server in unavialable.
