Return to DiscussionsSo I've never been to Vermont. But I have been reading a few stories recently that there are men walking around naked in Burlington. Can anyone from Vermont confirm that you can get away with this in public??
From what I have read, yes unless you disrobe in public, intentionally draw attention to yourself or create a disturbance.
True, in general in Vermont, there is a law about disrobing in public but not about being nude. The idea is that disrobing - or flashing - is provocative but simply being nude is not. Thaty said, there are local ordinances against nudity, such as in Rutland.
