You should never drive without a seatbelt. They save lives. I lost my youngest son because he wasn't wearing a seat belt. His driver only got a sprained wrist. She didn't lose her compassion either, but that was because she'd never had any, or guilt or regret.
What I do is use a bulldog clip. Put the seatbelt on, then pull it out just an inch or two, then put the clip on. It means that the belt is loose and doesn't hold you, but then it takes very little movement of you to make it grip. In an emergency it will still do it's job
I usually drive naked if the journey is for over an hour. When going to a nudist friend's house I'm naked before I set off and stay that way until after I've arrived - often long after. My friend and I extend our nudist holidays by driving naked from airport to resort and back, undressing as we get into the hire car. We've managed genuine 24/7 continuous nude holidays that way. Sometimes we have to call in at a supermarket for provisions. Then we dress and undress in the supermarket car park (parking lot). I find it so much easier with the car door open or standing outside the car.
