Donald Ducking

Closing up the cottage
Return to DiscussionsToday was a perfect mid October day with sun and above average temps. I went up to the lake and did what will likely be the last stand up paddle board and kayak paddles of the season. Alas wearing a swimsuit. But then when it came to closing up the cottage, I put on a t-shirt and stripped off my damp swimsuit and proceeded to empty out the cupboards and fridge. I stepped outside several times to throw freezer burned buns
and stale chips out to edge of the woods for the critters. There are several year round residents but I did not see any of them out and about today while I worked on my place. Oh the t-shirt says. " Alcatraz Psycho Ward Outpatient. "
