Return to DiscussionsThe link refers to laws in the USA. It is different in different countries. I believe that in France your car is seen as an extension of your home - private property where you can do what you like. In Britain it's not illegal to be naked in public as long as the nudist does not INTEND to cause alarm and distress. Police are being advised not to prosecute naturists for simply being naked in public, including in their cars. Some sort of public sexual activity might fall foul of the law. But if the windows are steamed up nobody can see in so it's not in public. LOL
