Return to DiscussionsJust the other week I was driving naked all over the island of Fuerteventura in the Canaries. But my latest journeys were here in the UK. I travelled naked (with a naked driver) along the A55 from Chester into North wales. Then on the return journey I drove from Chester to my home in North Yorkshire. I took in the M53, M56, M6, M60, M62, M1 and A1(M) motorways. Road works on the M62 had me driving slowly alongside a coach. I remembered that coach passengers get a good view down into a car.
Yesterday I drove home naked from just south of Coventry, a three hour drive. I drove there naked last Tuesday and was caught up in a roadside survey. Fortunately I wasn't selected for interview. Maybe the policeman in charge saw I was naked.
Earlier today I had to take our dogs for a ride in the minivan. (Wife was showing the house to prospective buyers.) Decide it would be nice to do it nude, as it was sunny and the temperature was in the lower 80s. So after filling the tank with gas, pulled into a quiet area and slid my gym shorts off. Had a nice 40 minutes of driving around some areas now under development; not a lot of other vehicles of people around. Kept my shirt on as to not bring attention to myself.
Tonight I went to see the world Premier of a film Traveling Light - a documentary on a naked walking tour I and a lot of other nudists did in 2014. Seeing myself naked on the big screen in front of an audience inspired me to drive home naked - from the centre of Leeds. My journey took me along the main shopping streets in the centres of Leeds, Knaresborough, Harrogate and Ripon. I did some detours to ensure I did go through the centres of each town/city. Central Leeds was particularly bad for being held up at traffic lights.
