From what i'm hearing lately on here People are nude at lots 2, 3 and 4. If that's the case there should be more parking. If i get to go it will be on the Sunday. When I go I always go for early, early to ensure a spot. Nude sunrises are really nice too!
Playalinda has always been technically illegal but 13 is ok as long as you stay there. Brevard co does not have enough deputies to arrest everyone and does not bother anyone plus Fed land does not have any anti-nudity laws

If a county has a local ordinance against nudity it trumps the federal law. In this case, Brevard county does have a local ordinance against nudity but just isn't or hasn't been enforcing it lately (last couple of years as I've read). Volusia County (Apollo) does not have an ordinance against nudity so no problems there.
And I've read a few regulars to Apollo on here saying they have been to the other lots and seen plenty of nudists.
