Free Style Nudity

A group for those who want to be nude on their own terms - without the hassles and rules of organised and commercialised nudism and naturism. It is a forum for discussion and exchange of information, with the aim of allowing more people to "do it their own way".Photos are allowed so please add lots of them - they make for a lively group. Why Shouldn't Nudism be About Showing Off?

Maybe not entirely, that would be rather boring, but I think that looking and being looked at is one of the things I like best.
As I said elsewhere in this group, I think girls have by far the better deal where showing off is concerned. It isn't just our anatomy, it is the attitude of society as well.
I don't think a man could match this for display:

So if you walked in the bathroom and you saw a male using the urinal but had pants and his ankles, would he be showing off? I'd add pic but don't know how to add to post :(Fireman:
I cannot see how this post can possibly advance the debate. What did you mean by it?

Sorry all I saw that coming out better than it did. ;) once saw a man in a open bathroom at a park peeing with his pants around his ankles. I thought that was exhibition/showing off on his part.I didn't think afireman was contributing in any meaningful way to the group.
I hope I have your support.

RE: Why Shouldn't Nudism be About Showing Off?

Humans are visuals creatures, otherwise how would the garment industry thrive as it does with its constant changes and trends? We also like to be admired and reassured when we are naked and most vulnerable. Enjoyment of others admirable gazing at our nakedness is not a sexual fetish, unless looking, or being looked at, drives you into a sexual climax, then it becomes either voyeuristic or exhibitionist in the true sense! We are curious and we enjoy viewing beauty, that is, what we perceive to be beautiful. We also evaluate and compare with each other, and that can be used as a learning tool, as it can open more insight into our own bodily existence.
