I haven't worn or owned a stitch of any kind of underwear since about age 16 and I'm now 61. I could never imagine not having my dick/balls loose and natural naked or when dressed. I also wear slightly looser trousers/pants with longer zipper/crotches to have more room to hang loose. I have very big balls that always tend to bulge a lot so looser pants also lessen that. The only way to live is completely naked as much as possible and never wear any underwear. Naked Man
