I've not had that experience but this year on holiday I found that when wearing my shorts without a belt the loose change in my back pocket pulled the back of my shorts below my bum. Luckily my penis catching on the front prevented total exposure and there was a shop nearby at which I could buy a belt, much to the amusement of the assistant and my wife.

heck i have a easier solution just split back of your pants going commando, had two pants split in past month while out can't get good fabric anymore.
I've had that twice at work. Thankfully we have a Matalan next door. I now carry a pair of boxers in my car just in case
