Just like bibloibear stated, it is going commando, wearing NOTHING under your pants or shorts except maybe a cock ring.

Yes, I don't think being naked counts as freeballing. I believe it means you are wearing some sort of pants or shorts, but without underwear. Often, a man's penis is visible or hinted at, depending on the clothing.

Yeah. I enjoy freeballing when I am not naked.. Love it when wearing my footy shorts as there can be a peeking ball or glimpse of my wang from time to time.. I am a bit of an exhibitionist at heart :)
