I have free-balled at work...and everywhere else....for years now. I have an outdoor job in a hot climate (Florida) and free-balling is the only way to go. I wear shorts on the job, so this really helps me "keep my cool" ! And if there is a breeze blowing....so much the better.
When I have to wear clothes at all, I free all everywhere except work! The reason being, I have to wear suit pants, and you can usually tell if I'm not wearing anything underneath - which normally I don't mind, but for the fact that 1/2 my time is spent in a courtroom, and I need the focus to be on what I'm saying, rather than whether I have underwear on or not!

Yes i have just recently started freeballing everywhere including work. Its great too going to the bathroom not have to fumble through undergarments. I have officially stopped wearing underwear
I work in a Regus center and have never worn underwear. I'm usually in shorts in the summer and jeans in the winter and have a noticeable VPL. I don't get that many people looking - at least I don't see their eyes going "there" when we're talking but I love the fact that it's there for all to see and I also love the freedom of being a free baller!
I am a naturist and I go naked all the time. Even when I have to wear clothes I am naked underneath! That about says it. Sometimes I wear a cock ring and sometimes ball weights. But that is really not natural. So I don't do that often.
I'm naked at home and naked at work. Just I have to cover my nakedness at work. But, I cover it with as few layers as absolutely necessary. I'm always naked under any clothes I am forced to wear.
