Return to DiscussionsSo I have been to Roseland in West Virginia with friends two times. We are planning trips for 2016 and I thought I'd ask the group what other recommendations you have. Would want something within driving distance of where we live in Virginia (east coast and mountain area). Could be NC, DE, MD, maybe PA. Open to ideas.
In Tennesse there is a men's only clothing optional retreat called Whispering Oaks that is used on occasion for CMEN events. Website is www.mywhisperingoaks.org that you can check out further details. Have not been there but interested in checking it out some time. Make sure if you search for the name instead of direct to website that you find right website as various camp grounds with that name. Various room facilities for rental use or also tent/RV stes available.
Not sure whether this will be helpful since it's already summer 2016, but GNI is held in the Poconos in PA from Aug 19-26. That shouldn't be much farther than Roseland. Likewise Timberfell should be about the same distance. It is in a beautiful location, and I had a great time there, but that was many years ago. Actually, if I had the option I would go back to Roseland. I loved that place, found the place beautiful and guys very friendly. Not that many went naked when I was there, but they invited me to play games and stuff even though I was naked the whole three days. It was quite early in the season, tho.
